Spokane/CDA RX7 owners
I am starting to feel more and more alone in my rotary obsession out here in this area. I can't find any meets, clubs, drives etc! If you own an RX7 (and have a passion to work on and improve) let me know! I want to get something going, we need to stick together. I am pretty decent with the basic mechanics on a rotary (no I can not port your engine) and am always willing to help
It would be nice to get people together and share the wealth of information.
If you're interested in this keep this post going so we can put something together and keep our cars going

Ty for response I am looking to turbo my car after I get my body work finished, the engine in the pic is mine. I have a TII 4 port believe S5 block could be S4 I can never remember lol. Only 26k on it right now so it's very strong still. I am looking to gather all the turbo materials over this winter and try to produce about 450-500 at the rear wheels. It is aggressively ported and has strong internals, I believe it could easily handle up to 18psi.

Sweet, I checked out the site didn't see a sign up or anything. Also a lot of links I tried where broken, but it looks like she's been up for a while so some of the links are bound to be dead. Anyways, it is good to know that you do work on these bad boys because a complete turbo system is a little out of my league. I would love to learn but wouldn't love to risk my engine learning by myself lol. I hope to start dragging together parts over this winter to get this thing boosted, the original builder of the engine was Ray Lutz, but he vanished on me b4 turbo charging my engine and much to my dismay took about 1300 dollars as well.
Good to meet you, you're giving me more hope of meeting other enthusiasts in my area!

I'm feelin alone with my rx7!
I live out in Bremerton moved up from California a couple months ago and I've seen very few Mazda rx-7's!
I have a 1983 rx7 and I've been wanting to find someone that knows about them as well and cruise around a bit!

been waiting 5+ years to find Ray.but anyhows, im in spokane and have a 88 turbo vert project and 88 gxl bone stock that im not sure what im going to do with. But lots of parts of 10 years of rotary building, planing on starting to rebuild engines soonish.
but always down to meet fellow rotary people locally, my bro has a 04 rx8 we did a turbo build last year but coolant seal starting to go so might build that block soon, but then my bro says he wants to do a 20B or REW swap every other week lol.
I feel like I've probably met a few of you in person. Logicalbomb is actually who introduced me to rotaries, and chadillac still has his FC and lives in the area. I have a warm shop with a couch in Spokane with parking for up to 13 cars, so if you guys ever want to get together hit me up!
