So my car is in the shop.

Well after 2weeks of messing around with it trying to get it to hold an idle I broke down and took it to d&e auto repair here in vancouver only reason I did is because I get really good prices because my grandpa has been goin to them for over 30years.

good luck hope they dont break it... or charge you 3 arms, 2 legs, and your firstborn
my gf's parents here have been taking thier vehicles to some shop here, and 10 mins of talking to the guys I didn't want them touching my car to put a new clutch in for me.

Wish I was closer to you, I could have given a hand with getting her done. Nikki's can be somewhat of a pain if ou are not familiar with them. Also, you still had all of your emissions equipment on right? You could have easily had a vacuum leak. Hopefully this shop will do right and leave you with all of your limbs and first born. LOL! Remove those emissions equipment ASAP, weight reduction, horsepower, and a cleaner engine bay. Just make sure to hug a tree when you are done and say your sorry!
