RXanne is dead and gone...

So i've got the green and I'm goin 35 in a 35. I see this huge van hauling *** going like 45 in the turn lane. I think he's going to stop or go right past me. Right at the last second he pulls in front of me and I smash into him. Totaled... If you didn't know allready I'm a disabled vet I have a broken back and to say the least I'm in PAIN... went to the hospital and sat there for hours and got some vicotin hope it helps. But to cap it off the guy tried to drive off, but couldn't cause his van was fucked up. He gets out of the van walks back to me tells me he's the driver the cop shows up and he goes back to his van I tell the cop he's leaving he calls for back up. When They get to the other guy he's saying he's a neighbor and he came outside to see what was going on. 5 people are telling the cop he's the driver and another neighbor comes out and says he doesn't live there. The guy walks away scottfree... Cop tells me I'm fucked... I need an FB shell. the car still started fine and all the fluids were still in the engine, dispite the engine touching the radiator. Pics to come since I don't have the car. It cost me $200 to have it towed 1mile back to my friends house. I need a FB shell o swap everything into. ASAP! Please help me out! I just paid rent. I'm fawked I drive for a living. Why does this **** happen to me?

He tried to drive away but his van was too fucked up and a lady folowed him down a dead end 2 blocks away. He walked back to the scean and said two things to me. Then when the cop got there he walked away and said he was a neighbo and he wasn't the driver. the cop never even questioned him even though there were people saying he
was the guy and he walked off...

Im assuming you got the liscense plate of the van...So just go to the police station and tell them the situation. If they arent complying sue them.

My sister works at the second biggest law firm on the west cost. I'm going to get a lawyer. If I can't get anything from this guy, then I'm going old skool where louisville slugger and forehead become one.

I called you this after noon. I'll hit you up tomarrow. Talked to my uncle today(retired cop) and he told me that the cops fucked up. they should've gone to his house and if he wasn't there then they should've waited for him and then arrested him for hit and run. Either way in WA the registered owner of the car is responsible for any damage the car does, so I can sue him no problems. Only issue is the accident was in Evertte and the limit it only $4k. And it would most likely cost me $2-4k to get his wages garnished to even collect the judgement.

well considering we both saw the car that hit you i think at 8/hr and they garnished his wages that would take forever to pay off realistically we would love to see your car back up and running or you to atleast get the replacement but i just dont see how you can collect from somebody that is broke and has no money. that van that hit is worth maybe 500 and he had no ins so good luck and lawyers arent cheap unless you have a friend that does it free... sucks dude but thats why you should pay for full coverage atleast underinsured/uninsured so your *** is always covered. btw what are you gonna do with the car, ill post pics of it later.

I know where a shell is, it's a first gen that's all I know. I can see if I can get it for nothing, it's sitting in someone I know's yard and hasn't been driven in god know's how long. If that will work, let me know.

The car is in Seattle and I'm in Idaho until the 22nd. I've seen the car and it looked straight and I'm not sure about the title but I think there is a clear title on it. I will get more info and let you know.
