RPNW Beach Trip / Blake Qualley Memorial Drive
Well, I may be going, but not with my car. A guy named Chase with a blue FD might go, if he does I will ride shootgun. He was one of the guys that did the GP time attack and has a R35 now, lucky SOB.
an FD and an R35 >_<
..Somedays I wish I were rich - lol
Well, that'll be cool if you can make it ^_^
Btw.. Should I grab the FRS radios? Or is everyone just going to make fun of the Auto again :P?

Just a final note about the drive this weekend. We'll met at 9:00 Saturday morning in the Frys parking lot in Wilsonville. If you haven't been there, take Exit 283 off I-5 South, turn left, go under the freeway and then take a left at the light on S.W. Town Center Loop (the light is at the top of the slight "hill"). We should be in the south end of the lot.
At Friys we'll go over the instructions and head out for the morning drive to Newport. Although there are gas stations along the route, you might want to arrive at Frys with enough gas to drive the 135 miles to Newport so you don't have to stop.
Also, cell phone coverage is limited along the route. So if you have hand-held radios bring them along. They might come in handy.
Hope you see you Saturday morning and if you have any questions just let me know.

I had a great time, wish my car had been up to the route!! (need clearance). Thanks for all your hard work putting this together, Bill. Look forward to doing it again next year and will for sure bring some central washington rotary folk along! There are really some nice twisty roads in the oregon coast range! I bet it would be really a lot less fun in the rain, though.
