Ok another repeat Question.

I asked this like a year ago. still didnt get very far.. But ill ask agian incase anyone knows how too do it.
OK i would like to shoot some flames from time too time. Its not a must just somthing too do for fun. the thing is not many of the fc's can, because of fuel injection.
I know the carborated cars can. My question is really what tells the injectors on our Fc's how much fuel to Dump in? I know alot of things but i could never figure this out. the only sensors i know of on my s4 is the low end TPS and thats it. is there somthing else on the throttle body that when you push the gas and the butterflys open the injectors put more gas in. I know i might not be making much sense. but im dead tired and didnt sleep last night.
But if anyone knows shoot me a pm!! :P

Btw i do have an 88 gxl No cat no precats.

well several things tell the ecu how much fuel to put in, the primary load sensing device is the air flow meter, which is located under hte intake box, basicly on an 86-88 its a big flapper door, the more the door is pushed in it tells thes computer more air is going into the engine, so it adds fuel accordingly...

now the persice amount of fuel injected is an algorithm based on the air flow, intake air temp, throttle body air temp, throttle position, manifold pressure, atmouspheric pressure, coolent temperature, rpm, and probbaly several other small factors...
