This is a chance for everyone in the north end to meet up and get to know everyone and hang out to have a good time. I'm hoping too see a bunch of you there.

I just want to get something going for the summer that gives everyone from the scene something to look forward too every month.

Langus Riverfront Park, Everett WA

I gathered some info from everettwa.org about the location.

Langus Riverfront Park, adjacent to the Snohomish River, boasts premier river access with a boat launch, fishing pier, shell house and rowing dock. The three-mile paved trail is perfect for walking, jogging and biking. It is also a great vantage point to see waterfowl, raptors and shorebirds.

• Boat launch ($5 fee)

This even will be BYOF. I know a few people that will be bringing their own grills but if you do happen to forget it there are BBQ areas as listed in the amenities. This will be a fun event. There are some potential cool and interesting spots for photo shoots. I'll see you all there.

Driving Directions

From the south, take exit 195, Turn left onto
E. Marine View Dr. Continue 1.2 miles to the
entrance ramp onto Hwy 529. Proceed north
on Hwy 529, over the bridge and take a right
onto 28th Pl. At the next intersection, turn right
onto 35th Ave NE. Continue to stop sign and turn
left onto Ross Ave. Turn right onto Smith Island Rd.
into the park.



From the north, take I-5 exit 198 (N. Broadway)
at Marysville. Go approximately one mile to the
Frontage Rd. exit. Follow road past left curve.
Road becomes Ross Ave. Turn right onto Smith
Island Rd. into the park.

 

Good luck with that. The northenders are the most unreliable of the rotary people when it comes to showing up for any sort of car gathering

I might show if I'm not working. Maybe, just maybe, more than 3 people will show up for this one. Not bettin' on it. This will be my last one for a while...the FD is going up on jack stands next week. Suspension and brakes first, then over to Carnation for a few engine mods.
