Car sat tilted on jack stands for about a week, and now it wont start. 1/4 tank of gas, turned on great before now.

Any ideas would be nice. thanks.

I unflooded the motor, changes plugs, checked the battery to see if it had anough voltage to crank the motor over (schucks batteries...im on my third). it seems as though theres no spark. I pulled the new plugs out and there was a small amount of granulated deposit. Im assuming its carbon, but im not sure. I just need to get the car upthe hill and into my driveway so i can start tearing into it.

Thanks.
