WA 6 port turbo build

So i was thinking i had super low compression and wanted to rebuild before i started this...however i have 120 front and 115 rear, guess s4 n/a's are just gutless. Im keeping it stock for the most parts right now. i have a s5 mani with a hybrid s4 s5 hot side turbo and full t2 exhaust. im going to be keeping my 5th and 6th ports somehow, just need to get into it but i still need some parts still to get this rolling. so far what im pretty sure i still need is a s4 t2 ecu pressure sensor maf ic...anyone got any ideas where i could find these?

Why bother with the stock intercooler? It sucks, and it's not like you'll be able to use it unmodified anyway. Just grab a cheap front mount from eBay.

Also, in case you weren't aware already, you'll need a different exhaust manifold or at least a spacer, since the turbo won't clear the LIM otherwise.

How many miles on that keg? remember that these beasties have those horrible 3 piece apex seals. At the very least I would open the keg and install a set of 2 piece seals and new oil control o-rings. This will make sure you will not destroy what you have due to apex seals that will shatter like glass and will not have that terrible blowby at boost. A bit of work now will save headaches later brother.
