No pressure in breaks.
No pressure in breaks.
I recently bought my rx7 and the brakes were weak. So i looked at the brake pads, they seemed good, so i decided to change the master brake cylinder and drum piece. After that i bleed the brakes. This seemed to have made it worse. I now have absolute 0 brake pressure now, and i have to use the E-brake to make it come to a stop. I have no clue what could be wrong becuz the brake rotors are good, the pads are good, and im pretty sure the caliper is in good condition to.
Any one have suggestions on what the prob could be?? plz reply to this or a priv message., thx

Prime the system and keep bleeding them until you have pressure. It may take a while. Start at the furthest from the master cylinder and work your way toward it. So pass side rear first, drivers side front last. Good luck...
what they said..
also wipe down all your connections and make sure nothings leaking
i use a tube with a check valve for bleeding brakes in a cup of fluid did you bleed them correctly was no air coming out from all 4 nipples..

But the day b4 i bleed them, i changed the master brake cylinder and the drum behind it, i swapped it with a GXL one...would that cause anything to do with... ( when i push the peddle down it dont start to grab for about 5" then after another 1" it grabs all the way... i can barly put pressure on brakes untill they grab all the way )
