So I was testing the fit of my spoiler on the white gxl/tii or whatever. I get this bitchy lady that comes out...
She proceeds to tell me that my car is too loud, and that it bugs her when I come home at 10pm (when i get off of work). WTF... my car aint even that loud (rb downpipe/test pipe to greddy power extreme catback), and when i do run it here its only like below 2k rpm... and i got *NO* system. She also complained to mystickat about her exhaust fumes that irratate her...
I think she is just jealous or something... because she has no car and has to be driven everywhere.
Or that and she is confusing me with the civic thats around here... loud fart can and super loud bass and he comes home (or at least is driving) at like 2am.
I should back it in and start it up at like 2am, pop it to 7k rpm... then she can say its loud ><

my neighbors love my 7 and dont care about how loud my car is even when I come home at 3am, they just know that I dont have to drive hella fast to be "loud" i just am and yeah blow some flames at her and scare the **** out of her.

 

ha ha ha funny. Our neighbors accross the street would always yell to be quiet when I pulled in my driveway in either Blue or Iotus. Funny they moved out so quickly. Our other neighbor has a viper...so he is cool.

This note was placed in a ziplock bag and put under my windshield wiper sometime during the night, discovered it the next morning at like 7am (this happened over a year ago).

I especially love the improper grammar, random capitalization, and using the word "specially."

 

I think i have the worst neighbor of all. He is the "blockwatch capitan" and he thinks he is hot stuff. And to top it all off, he has 5 kids under the age of 5 and the run around in the street without an adult supervision, plus a dog that loves to run infront of cars. But that isn't even the best part. One night, one of our teenaged ( 18 or so) drove off down the street at like 12ish, going maybe 30. This guy chases him down, then yells at him and they end up in a fist fight. The guy has even called the cops so we have the cop in a box on our street all the time. Some People.

 

Well my neighbors are my renters, so they are pretty cool. I guess I am pretty fortunate no one has ever given me any ****. Give her HELL Kouta. I think the next tech day needs to be at your place. That should shut her up.

 

i think my neighbors are drug dealers... cops don't worry much about my cars, they are only here because of the other people on the block hehe

You should remove your exhaust and drive around for a little. Then when she comes out ranting and raving tell her that you are just tuning it! I agree tech day at your house next! Who needs their engine cleaned out with some good ol' mmo?

 

i live in some aprtments right now and they are made of concrete and the aprking lot is in the verry middle of all of them

i leave for work at about 6am every day and my car is staight piped... i am sure my neighbors hate me

 

my neighbors bedroom window is less then 5 feet from my driveway. and i start my car up and go for drives at 12am or later all the time, and i always let my car warm up for acouple min's befor i go and ive never gotn a complaint. but i have a feeling when i get more then just a DP im sure i'll hear from them

 

i did have one incident with neighbors actually, when my dad lived in a trailor park the nieghbors trailor was about 4 ft away from the carport, and we insalled the RB header and 3" cat back onto my N/a and fired that up at 3AM monday morning, boy the neighbors came out pissed after that 1!!! lol after that they just had to get used to it

 

I had to crush 20 RX7 last year when I lost my storage site because the owner made a bad investment and had his land forclosed on. I took a few of the nicer cars to my home.

My neighbor (the obsessive/compulsive/alcoholic/schitosphrenic whos off his medication) called code enforcement and they began giving me nasty-grams. This neighbor is the son of the owner and their property has no house on it, just a place where they bring their camper during the summer.

I live in my house year-round.

The cars were in my company's name and inorder to keep them on my personal property, I had to sell them to myself; retitle and register them into my own name, get tags and plates. I spent three different days at DMV getting all the paper work in order. Cost me about a grand to get them into my name.

The good news is that I believe I can keep them here and still legally **** off my neighbor.

Code enforcement gave me until today (6/24/05) to "clean up the debris" and get the inoperable cars off the property. We'll see what happens next after they "check me over" today.

As I was researching the county ordinances, I found several ordinances that my neighbor is breaking. So once code enforcement has given me the OK, I'm going to put the whammy to my neigbor and call the code enforcement on him. We'll see how he likes it.

The a-hole denied calling code enforcement when I asked him why he called them. He stood right there and lied multiple times that he didn't call them. I might have believed him were it not for two different neighbors that told me he had told them that he called the code enforcement on me. What a **** faced lier.

He also had his yard mowed last Tuesday at 5:30 am. Good thing I was already up and it didn't wake me. I did manage to get a picture of the mowing with a date/time stamp on the picture. Just one more piece of evidence to take to the code enforcement dorks when I rat him out.

 

Thats what kinda happened to my family when I used to live in arizona... probably still happens to them now.
There was a 1/2way house slash chopshop right across the street, and they would always bitch as us because we had a loud generator going (gotta have the a/c there... and thats all we had) all night, and it ticked them off. Even though they had some billion candela light going all night and tearing apart all thier beaters...
Why cant people just let other people be. I can see if your like blowing flames onto thier door, but *sigh*.
Another thing that gets me... is my apartment complex is *RIGHT* on the freeway... so when the big semis, ricers, and other loud *** vehicles come by we get to hear it full force...

 

that complained about me using the shared driveway late. After some words between us, I decided that I would rattle the tail pipes everytime I came home. If someone is being an a-hole and fliping me ****, I'll shove it back down their throat. Other than that, I'm a nice reasonble guy.

You will always have neighbors who are pissed off at you, and you will all ways be pissed off by your neighbors. Its a crapshoot.

I live in a duplex and a very good friend of mine just moved into the other unit. I can pretty much do what i want.

 

My same neighbor says I owe him a bizillion dollars for the electricity to run the well we share for irrigation. He has automatic sprinklers and waters 4 times a day for about 20 min. per cycle. I watered about twice a week for about 30 min each time.

He also uses the same electric meter to power his travel trailer that is parked there for six months at a time. So the cost for the well's electricity is on the same meter that feeds his trailer and I didn't want to subsidize his trailers electric usage.

My solution was simple. I told him to talk with my lawyer about the water bill; then I sprayed my front yard with round-up and killed all the grass. I then had a couple of loads of gravel layed down on the yard to form a nice driveway and parking area. **** on him. Now my ratty old moss covered pickup truck is parked closer to his property so that he can have a really good view of it. I'll bet he can't stand the messy truck, being he is a compulsive cleaner.

 

Haha nice, thats what my parents did. Killed thier grass and put in rocks, really ticked off the neighbors

 

haha yea theres a real bitch on my street thats complained about my bro's car. im 16 and i drive a celica. not as cool and everything but the mufflers broken so its just as loud. i think the SOB has learned his lesson in the fact that theres absolutly nothing he can do to stop us. cuz ive tried everything to **** him, going 30 in second gear with windows rolled down, music real loud and **** at 10 o clock. Atleast he hasnt tried to stop me. once i drive my (and my bro's) RX7 he will start giving me ****. garunteed
