OR Need some Paint Help near PDX

Hey guys I have a RX that needs some minor body work and primer. It has been quite the process and without going into too much detail, my paint guy has flaked. This is the thread of how the car got to where it is now so if you want to check that out, its here:

https://www.rx7club.com/1st-gen-general-discussion-207/project-stimulis-check-paint-job-753417/

I am asking you all if you are capable or know someone who is capable of finishing some paint prep and spray some primer on my 1st gen. I have $400 set aside for it and I also need to install and windshield and new sunroof as well for another $400.

Here is the state it was in last I've seen and I am getting back from my friend here in a few weeks.

As you can see from these pictures the majority of the work will be to finish the front passenger side body work and then re-sand the old primer and do a full respray of the car. This is really all I want. Just one color in primer

Post any info for people you recommend seriously or if you are wanting to do the work. I am just tired of flaky people and am ready to have this poor car finished.

No these are pictures of what he did before he left for Washington. He took the car with him and I haven't seen it sense last June and this is what the car looked like before it left.

So its kinda ugly and incomplete

To clarify, I need an aftermarket sunroof kit, not the original sunroof glass. I would need to do way more work to get the original sunroof to fit. I am working on the dimensions for the sunroof

I'll ask a guy at work but nothing is for sure, he used to work for leifs as well as oak grove auto body. I'd vouch for him as not being a POS but I've never seen his paint/body work.
