need relaible JDM engine, FOR REAL this time!!

ok i am looking to buy a JDM turbo II motor within the next couple weeks. my old motor is blown and ive saved up enuf for a new one..

i need to know the names and fone numbers of some reliable places in western WA , looking for places with a warentee( 30 day or somthing..) and decent price...

went to jeffs automotive and he said he knows a place that sells them for 800, with a 30 day warentee but theres none in stock....

went to a place in AUBURN called
A ONE JAPANESE ENGINES
they had 1 s4( what im looking for) in stock but it looked pretty crappy, kinda rusty might of been abused.... for 995....

Yeah that a one place had a s4 when I went there and the owner had told wound up not to purchase it becasue it was a hunk of junk. I think it has been sitting there for over a year now. There is a place called ddx out of bremerton. I think that there email it dragdrifautox.com not sure though. They usually carry Nissans but occasionally have mazdas.

Also sheck the little nickel. I called about 3 months ago but there was no place that had them. You might have better luck. There were also a couple places in the nickel that were willing to special order it for me. The wait was 2 months though and I was not prepared for that. Plus you are kind of stuck with what you get.

Hope this helps,
Z

Hey also I visited custom imports and talked to Tino. He said that he might be able to help you out. Not sure what he would charge but he seems to be extremely reasonable and a great guy ta boot. He has a direct importer from Japan. I think that I might go through them in the future.

I think he might come the the BBQ on the 28th not for sure though.

There is another place called something like Drag, Drift, and Autocross Northwest, but I can't find their web address. They have some great deals.

JEB,

What is custom imports #? I will check the sticky that he gave me a little later on. Possibly tommorow. I have to meet with a guy that is probably going to buy the suburban today. JEB should know though!

For DDX check about. Luis seems to be a good guy but I think that I trust Tino a little more. Not to mention that he has better deals...

Check these folks out, they have a great rep. - http://www.dragdriftautox.com/
I am also looking for a good T2 S5, and I know another guy looking too.
We should see if we could get a better deal buy three engines at once.

I have a TII engine with very few miles on it. Contact The Spyder, I'm letting him use it in his TII, while he rebuilds his engine.

It had zero miles on it when he put it into his car. Price depends on what accessories are needed with the engine (like harness, cpu, UIM, LIM, etc.).

I can get you a JSpec no problem, we're down in Vancouver. I usually just get S5s though...

I believe we have em going for $1199 right now... If that's wrong don't quote me, I'll have to check on monday when I get into the shop. But I'm pretty sure that's it...

I'm a dirty liar. They aren't $1199

We're selling JSpec S5 13Bs for $1159 + shipping. I have one in stock at the moment but it usually doesn't take me very long to get more.

im pulling my motor out today.... so ill probably buy a motor this week..

my greddy injectors are on back order tho! grrr!! lol might have to install motor and drive gingerly..... then install the rtek when i get the injectors.

i found a decent looking s5 engine for 995, i might just go with that one.... remove all my emissions crap. and premix or somthing.... if i pull the timing back 5 degrees the increase in compression shouldnt cause any dangerous spots.....

Alright, if you change your mind lemme know. We compression test all our motors before we even put them up for sale, and this one has all the goodies stuck on it still.
