Hey I recently bought an s5 gxl with a t2 swap... It has a Knight Sports ecu that came with the setup from Japan that the previous owner had wird up from Mazdas and More in Kent... I just need it put the rest of the way back together ie... some vacuum lines charcoal canister... slave cylinder , couple oil lines and I could probably do it myself from using the forums as a resource but I really just want to pay a mechanic under the table who knows his stuff to get it right to begin with... Once I have a good strong running setup then I plan to use the forums and start doing some light to moderate building on my own elbow grease... If either you or someone you can refer me to could help me out with this that would be great... could also lead to some future work as I also have an 88 t2 with an s5 swap half completed. Thank you again for any advice or help as I am sure I will be receiving a lot from this forum over the coming months and years.

Well how much an hour... theres a guy over in Woodinville that says he can do it for 50 an hour over the table... so Im looking for someone for about 35 an hour under the table... and I will provide a 2nd set of hands while working on it... Im not incompetent I just want a little more knowledge than I possess to be involved in getting this setup right... So any offers for help are welcomed... instead of just letting me know itll cost me just let me know how much and what the terms are that you are willing to work with me on... ... thank you and I do have cash so I wont just jerk anyone around... want to have my ride going for the apple blossom festival in Wenatchee...

Well... me and Chris are going to be working on it today... so croos your fingers and pray to the rotary gods that it all goes smoothly so I can be on the road soon.

 

Alright i got his s5 na up and running AWSOME........ it was flooded.

and got his s5 n/a t2 swap all ready but will not crank over recomend new battery.
