infractions!!
Speaking of steering angle... Is there a recommended shop to do a knuckle cut on the FD or anything else you'd recommend to increase the steering angle. Not trying to go Pro-am or D1...just have a nice built car to get out there next year and have fun.
but in all seriousness there are a lot of ******** on here, not so much here in the NW section but once you jump into the tech section watch yoself. and dont be afraid of using the hell outta this link here

I know there's ********. ive been reading threads non stop since I became a member.(which was like a week ago) and there are so many people who criticize others on the stuff they know or don't know. or stuff they did or will do. I'm not worried. maybe someday the big mouths and ******** will take it to the track. Then they can have a reason to hate hate hate. Were all about the same stuff here. U don't see American soldiers shooting american soldiers.(on purpose at least). Lol

[QUOTE=Josh18_2k;10349994]dude... mazda comp front diff mount, pinion snubber (Dorman part # 31052), never touch your diff again. no need for all that quick release nonsense[/QUOTE
I've looked into the competition mounts. Heard u won't rip those. But will put more stress on everything else. Axle shafts, diff, driveline etc. Cause a hardened rubber won't be as forgiving as a stock, softer mount. I'm sure that u would worry more in a higher HP application. But that's what I was told. Haven't experimented with it. I'm sure it would help with body roll??? Would like to know if anyone has one and how they like it. I got my second fdm for $25 and in awsome shape. so I Jus went with it.

comp mount + snubber
thats the key point. just a mount, you're gonna break it (eventually). all FCs need a snubber, some more than others. my car's been fine so far with 4 yrs + 25k miles of abuse with this combination and 315whp.
you dont really want forgiving in the diff mount. the only reason not to go solid (besides NVH) is that the subframe is the next weakest link, and it's kind of a pain in the *** to replace.
diff mounts have no affect on body roll or anythting like that. soft mounts are actually harder on your drivetrain since they tend to cause wheel hop.
