Idle is sitting to high...

Idle is sitting at 1700rpm when warmed up. Holds, and is not rough at all. . Idle air screw is adjusted as much as it can be.

If I mess with it by hand I can get it stay at 1000rpm... but once you drive it she will pop back up at stops to 1500-1700. If I shift down coming to a stop and bring it down to or near 1000 rpm she will stay at 1000-1100.

Any help, is there a way to adjust more then what the air screw will aloud?

Your missing a lot of facts here...

What series is this RX-7?
Is it stock, modified?
Is it carb or fuel injection?
13b or 12a?
Turbo or N/A?

Aww yes I see what I did. I put a S5 throttle body on an S4... easy to do at first look and it had S4 stuff for MOP and well now I remember why it was on the shelf lol. I was getting really pissed, and then it hit me I grabbed the one I shouldn't have.

Its 87 GXL stock, but all non important stuff has been taken off (ac, power steering, ect).
