Where's Atkins?
Needed a part quick so I tried to call Atkins. Called the old 253 number I found on the web and the number was disconnected. Yikes, I thought we lost another Rotary vender!

Nope they just moved to Eatonvilie Wa, and their number is (360) 832-1990

If I had to take a guess, they probably got booted out of the airport. You know, since they dont do anything with planes other than daves rotary plane. That airport has been trying to remove them for years.

Do they do a good job tuning FDs? Seems like there is no specialty rotary timers in Oregon or washinton

Atkins does not tune FDs. I dont think they do any tuning in general. Just sell parts.

They moved to Eatonville, Wa. It's a nice shop now, but yeah they mostly just sell parts and do rebuilds I think.

not likely. i talked to him many times. been to the new location two or three times. Just few weeks ago infact. Thats not the story i heard.
