Yeah, 240sx cars, are a little salty, but if you have enough milk the taste alright. They get soggy very quickly though.

Hondas are more of a tangy/spicy mix, with little bit more of a kick in the after taste. Whenever I am around hondas I always get itchy.

The 240sx is the new honda civic, the honda civic is the honda civic, if you want something easy to work on, and has a ridiculous after market part selection, get the new or old honda civic. Other than that, your question is so general I have no clue what you are asking.

as far as 240s and Hondas..

I think the 240sx S13 hatch looks nice [the tail lights are pretty cool], the coupe looks too close to an Integra. The kouki S14 looks pretty nice up front [the back still looks too close to the zenki style though..]

I would've considered buying one instead of an FC, but all the guys who wanted to be drifters brought the price up and the FC looks better anyway.

Hondas.. All my non-car friends know I make fun of because of how stereotypically bad all the drivers outfit them.. Disgusting body kits, fart can exhausts..

Good commuter cars though.. Reliable and well built. But anything Japanese is easily better than a domestic [the only Honda I've driven was right after I'd driven a Ford Escort of similar vintage.. Never again on the Ford :p]

 

Well I think the cars are just fine, most of the owners as well. But just like any car clique a few bad apples will spoil the bunch.

I've been to the Nissan/Honda meets and it's always a great time. They welcome all makes and were great to hang out with.

Seriously I think there is way too much elitism on this board lately. Everyone rags on anything different. That FB with hydros and now Nissans and Hondas.

If I remember there have been quite a few board members who own or used to own Hondas, myself included. I've owned and raced Hondas, Integras, Nissans, Toyotas, Subarus, and Mazdas. So if that makes me some sort of *** and loser then so be it, I think there are a bunch of members that just need to take a step back and reflect on how smug they've become. I mean really rx-7's have a ton of shortcomings. There are a ridiculous amount of cars out there that outclass it. So what's the point of being so jaded against cars that are easier to maintain, drive as well or better, and cost about the same or less.

Really, give the attitude a break.

 

i think 240s are balln they are my second favorite car and some hondas are balln when built right

In my mind, 240s are RWD Civics. Both are pretty well-built cars with huge aftermarkets, but nothing particularly exciting when stock. Both have some cool drivers, and some absolute morons. Both are common as dirt, and both have some really hideous things get done to them. But you shouldn't underestimate either, because both can be surprisingly quick in the right hands. But most aren't.

 

I think a lot of it doesn't necessarily depend on a few bad apples, but based on location I would honestly tell you the up here in SnoCo 98 percent of the 240 and Honda owners are absolute retards

Nissans in general are pretty awesome cars. Honda has very decent cars as well. As far as the drivers go, every specific enthusiast has their group of shitty *** ****. I know a lot of 240 owners who are cool, at the same time i know a few that should die in a fire. As well as a few honda tuners who are cool, and some should fall off a cliff and die on impact. I also know a few rx7 people who should die in a fire as well, Tweak met a few not to long ago.

S-chassis will always have a special place in my heart tho. Even tho i have an FC, i still am looking into buying another Nissan. Probably another Z31 Turbo or S15. Heres one of my old S14.

I agree with otay about whats goin on lately, but im not exactly a fan of the whole honda scene and i know tons of guys with 240's but I would agree quite a few bad apples ruin it for others as for wishing death upon some of them, i wouldnt go that far because I save those for the kid I have to deal with everyday at school that drives a v6 mustang
