hey
hey everyone, well i just totaled my corolla so i was looking into buying a fc. Does anyone have any good leads for a decent one for a cheap price? I only got 1200 from the car so i can't really afford much which is the hard thing since this is a daily/project car. ooo and if anyone is in snoho county and could teach me a little about these cars id appreciate it, and shameless plug, but if you want to hook up comcast cable for a decent price let me know im one of the techs so i can do the install free and give you a good deal.

hmmm ya i've actually found some killer deals on craigslist, i was hoping someone somewhere had one that was in decent condition for a decent price. Seems like alot of the fc's im finding are projects that noone wants to finish.

lol, trust me, everyone WANTS to finish, but 90% of the people realize half way through that they cant afford to fix it right, or half fix it and it dies again. Leaving little to no motivation to fix it again. Owning an rx7 isn't for the poor or faint of heart. Prepare to be disappointed many many times before getting the reward.

i've/we all have dealt with the "disapointment" of having to struggle thru the crap with our cars. non Feint of heart is the best way ive ever heard it explained, not to scare you away cause thats why were all here. The cars are amazing machines. Like Fumihikidsimamodnow said, any questions ask away, someone will answer them for you. Possibly if some of us can we might even lend a hand. Sometimes the ones that nobody wants to finish or dont know how to finish are the best ones to grab cause you might get them dirty cheap and almost everything can be finished. With these cars it just has to be done right or you wont have much success with them. Shat now that i wrote the beginning paragraph to my new novel . . .

+1 more, espcially for what Orge said.
My $900 daily driver has turned into it's own project, because the previous owner beat it to more **** than I ever knew...
They are out there for cheap, I bought my other for $500, and it's in better shape than my daily driver, but it was a half-assed project car, already half of the interior was ready to be pulled out, etc etc ....
Good luck with the search.
