Help Me start my flooded 7

Hye guys and gals, I live in seattle on greenwood ave n.
i've got a 91 NA thats flooded
i just replaced the battery, started it yesterday night... and promptly shut it off (i should have left it running)
I went to start it this morning and its flooded, i can smell the fuel.
I almost got it a few times but I'm really having a hard time now, i'm missing work because of this.
Is there anyone that may live nearby that can come out to help me that is familir with 2nd gen S5 rx7s?

I'm pretty sure its flooded, but i've managed to drain my new battery in the process and I'm waiting on a charger for that.
I just running out of time and patience someone help me please.

Either 1) Floor it. Factory S5 ECU cuts fuel at full throttle and cranking.
2) Yank the EGI fuse and crank
3) Pull plugs and crank

AWWW MAN that stinks! i have a crap load of info...check my old posts, theres lots of information people had given me on how to do it.
same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. i started and moved my car across parking spaces and flooded it. couldnt get it goin after that. bought new plugs, checked all for spark, pulled lead plugs out and turned over to flush gas out with egi fuse removed, plugs back in wires on and no go.
boostlee suggested pulling out the fuel pump plug the yellow plug on the right side of the steering column down by your feet/under dash and turning it over and waiting till it starts dying out and plugging back in.
I put a ounce of oil in each chamber while plugs were out thinking i got rid of the oil lining on the walls of the housing from flooding it so many times, thought it would help compression it didnt work either.

sooooo...i got a tow rope and had my dad tow me behind his truck down teh road and SLOWLY let off the clutch in second, car started up but had to hold the petal down a lil to keep it goin, i held it up for about 10 minutes warming it up and burning all the crap on the plugs/ in the chambers. Shut the car off, then bam started back up.

hope that helps if any questions contact me.

or look at that thread.

so i've tryed the unflooding procedure.
I've got new plugs in, trailing on top, leading on bottom.
Belive i've connected the plug wires correctly.
T1 top left T2 top right
L1 bottom left L2 bottom right.

removed plugs, egi fuse, turned over for 10 seconds , pause, repeat for about a minute.
squirted oil in the plug holes, installed new plugs.
connected the plug wires, installed EGI fuse.
turning over and nothing.
My battery is starting to get low again, and I don't have my own charger.

I'm really upset and frustrated with my car right now, is there anyway someone could come help me with it? i'm not overly technical and still learning about rotary's.
I don't have a way to to a push/pull start myself here so if someone could help out in that way that'd be awesome
i live in shoreline, i'd can buy you lunch or something like that.
