help me decide

sooo, im lookin into pickin up this tII , with basically everything in tact. im thinkin of tryin to get it to run , and if i can great, and if not possibly rebuild and use the car as a track car (it has salvage title)...now im not quiet sure, so im thinkin i could buy it...and if it dont work out or cant get teh money to fix her up and get her track ready i could part it out...and make a little money off it, i aint never shipped anything before so dont really know how to go about doin that, so if my plan dont work, what are teh chances of some locals buyin stuff. or any other ideas taht might make up my mind.

maf intake hose
right blinker lense
window seals (rusted through)
air vents on dash
window switches
middle consul/w switch
shift ***
shifter surround
center dash bezel
idiot light surround

steering wheel surround.
the ignition switch is gone, i guess from what the guy said i need to hot wire it or something so i can try and get it runnin. he got it from one of those auctions, the guy he got it from didnt know ne thing about it, or how to fix it. hes asking 650 for it.

if you get it, you should be able to part it out for more then that. Given the right amount of time

You could definitely sell the rear end, trans, and engine/ecu out of it. Although if you want it sold quick your going to have to ship items. I've gotten pretty good at packaging things over the years. I remember the first time i tried to ship some used rotors from my old n/a motor and I did such a shitty job they told me at UPS i had to redo it. I went home and rethought out my packaging techniques. hahhaha
