I had my maximum speed switch flipped on the whole time, hehe.

But I have the controller set at 185 low and 195 high. Oh and I have most of the Rad bypass holes blockoff.

Was working on the driver side Sparco seat mount. I was trying to integrate the stock rails, but the seat height was too high, which defeated the main purpose of getting the seat. So I am now in process of making a sold mount setup.

Plus I gotta find my break in power to my EDFC unit.....

And tonight I will be going on the dyno again.

Peace

Thanks Seth, and thanks for letting me use your sign in, that guy was testing me during the tech inspection, hehe. Let me know if you need anything made for your FD.

Second dyno run done, ran out of time again, but I was able to achieve 400 whp and 300 ft-lbs, the profile is similar to the last one. Also played with the preload of the synapse wg and the boost comes in sooner, still need to work on it to getting it to be more stable up top though. Second gear is about useless at full throttle now.

I also found my passenger side engine oil leak... it's the rear oil injector will fix that today. If I can find the electrical issue on the EDFC I will revert back to manual adjustment.

well I think jason (not the real Seth W) is going to the dark side on his FD but I'm sure he could use a hand at some point or another along the way. Anyway it was cool seeing your car out their it's nice to put faces to cars, I may swing out the the mazda/historic races this weekend. the cars not that low key so if you see it I'll be their.

SO I was able to finish the Sparco seat mount and assembly at 11:30 am Friday. 4 hours before the start of the Mazda GP Time Attack practice. All in all it turned out perfect as far as seating position and what not.

The seats not crooked, the seat cover is just off.

I moved the hatch/gas door lever assembly back a half inch and it clear the seat amazingly.

Turn 4, I went off three times, turn 4, 6, and 4 again. My corner entry speed was too high on 4 and I applied the throttle to early in 6. The boost come on quick with my current setup.

No that's 4a, like I said earlier I went in way too hot. I did a pirouette to the left at the exit of 6. Actually, after reruning my runs in my head I spunout at 6 twice and 4a only once. Well, I almost spunout at 4a three more times but was able to save it those times.

Hey tank slapper, where is the video? You had it in the car! Good job. I told you that you could be two seconds a lap faster than me if you had taken me up on my modification!

The Driving Sports Videograph has it. He's said it will take at least a week to have it edited.

Remind me what modification was that?

The video you have on your camera from the stands was pretty cool, especially with all you guys cheering. Get yourself a replacement down load cable. I want a copy of what you got. My car sounds sick at the exit of 12!!

Don't you watch NASCAR? Goes something like this... "The Apex Restoration car was really good today......"
Hey Adam, your car looked sweet with those graphics! Who did that for you? Seems like they were well thought out and took a long time to put them on. Maybe other people would like to know where you got those bad *** graphics!

I don't know, with as big an ego as you have you would have just weighed down the FD and gotten a slower time.
