Anyone know the best way to pull the studs out in the manifolds, so I can bolt my block off plates on?

I like to just take 2 nuts, thread one on, then the other, tighten them against EACH OTHER, then back it out with the wrench on the first Nut. Usually works pretty well... if its stripping your bolt though... try another way. Also, a little bit of the good ole' PB blaster never hurt. If these are throw away bolts, in a last ditch effort you may have to pull out the vise grips. Good luck!

The line that comes from your lower fuel rail goes to the fuel filter, the upper line goes to the hard line on the firewall.

Haha, true, cleans it up fiercely... just plan on not having the best idle ever again... Mine is pretty good, but sometimes it wants to do weird things, like its has a range of play, if my engine is cold, it will sit at 1000k, if its really hot, it will drop way low to like 550... this is a reflection of the removal of the vacuum solenoid system, it wont compensate for itself. It doesn't bother me though.

Now, get rid of your AC crap, Convert you power steering rack to a manual and you'll have an echoey empty engine bay... oh, and E fan.

so i finally get enough good weather to get all the studs removed and the block off plates bolted on, BUT i can't find the subzero start block off blahhhhhhhh, and where does the main hose that comes from the oil injectors plug into? the 4 go to the spilter that goes into the 1 hose and that house plugs into?

RE the sub zero.. you might be looking for nothing.... AKA, you prolly never had it to begin with. ( canada models mostly iirc)

RE the oil injector lines, There are 3 vac nipples on the front side of the dynamic chamber, its the highest one. So in other words, standing front dead center of your engine bay, right behind your alternator, are 3 vac nipples.. the top one, is biggest. Thats your homie.

thats on a an NA...btw.
