Didn't do too bad......

Guy rolls up on me in a Evo. Black. Gold RG's. Some form of Exhaust, all I could see at 1am. Feelin friskly, dropped third, pulled him. Into fourth pulled him some more. We do it again. Same outcome. Cool guy though, gives a big thumbs up, as did I. Before I raced him I really wasn't so sure how I was going to do. Good way to end the night.

Sweet deal! Its nice when you play with people like that, and they are cool about it.

On the Evo note, I did a freeway pull with one a couple years ago, both cars were virtually stock (I had DP, and I assume he was stock). 3rd gear pulled on him, ran out of room after that.

Yea good times. The last Evo I raced had a few mods and I pulled him pretty hard, had to slow down a little on 405 for traffic then got in behind him and starting reeling him in pretty quick. Not really impressed with their top end speed, especially compared to STi's. But then again the only STi I've raced was HEAVILY modded and I had zero boost thanks to a blwon coupler....

See ya at the BBQ b*tches
