Unhappy in desperate need of engine gasket set

so, apparently i bought the wrong set of gaskets from malloy mazda. now it is time to build the engine and we are down quite a few gaskets I just recieved my shortblock back from pineapple and when i opened my gasket set, to my suprise, i only have a couple of o-rings, upper/lower intake manifold gaskets, and exhaust manifold. Everything else...i need. My friend flew from out of town to come help me on this project and now we are stuck. If anyone knows where i can get a set immediately it would be of tremendous help!

Thanks!

What gaskets do you need? I got a buddy who works at a dealer in Seattle and can probly hook me up with gaskets at cost. He did it once for me, should be able to do it again. Let me know what you need. I'll PM you my # in case you don't still have it.

right now i have identified the need for the two for the water pump, the oil filter neck gasket, the oil filler gasket, and the oil return gaskets.

RTV have never leaked for for on either water pump, orings from napa+ dab of rtv seal the oils ones perfectly. If your missing the crush copper washers for the banjo bolt, even an local auto parts store should have those.

so, in turns out that we did have the oil filter o-rings. The water pump housing was indeed missing, but i think we are ok to RTV it from the sound of things. However, it turns out that i am missing a few more critical items which brought this project to a grinding halt today.

Critical missing peice #1....primary fuel injector diffuser thingy and whatever else is needed to seat the primary injectors properly after they are in their housing.

Critical missing peice #2....the friggin studs for the water pump housing! we were so worried about the gasket that we didnt even notice that the studs were missing. we sent the engine with the studs for the water pump housing in the engine, we received an engine with no more studs! they are definately getting a call tomorrow.

Critical missing peice #3.... The oil metering pump injector things. We have the lines and the vacume hoses that go there, but apparently those were sent to pineapple with the engine too....and of course did not return with the engine

Lesson learned? DO NOT send pineapple an engine with anything on it that can be removed....no studs, no bolts, no oil injectors, nothing. Oh well, i just hope i can locate these parts in a reasonable amount of time.
