Clutch fan help

Ok so I've got an overheating issue, don't worry I've never let it actually overheat, I've followed the advice of two roterheads, one being rx7doctor, one being kurt robertson. Kurt told me to warm up the car keep it on and try to stop the fan by hand, i did this and it wouldn't stop, just bounced my fingers, now rx7doctor told me to warm up the car turn it off and see if the clutch will lock after 1 rotation, with kurts test it passes but it turns freely when i turn off the engine, so it failed rx7doctors test. So I'm gunna assume its forsure bad,

I've replaced the thermistate, bypassed the heatercore it was leaking onto passangers floorboard and was my original guess of the overheating issue, but before i bypassed it i could use the heater to keep the car from overheating. it worked, but now I have to heater also was advice of kurt...... mabey kurts mad i didn't buy one of his cars......

I've looked online for new replacement fan cluches, I can't afford that kind of price at the moment. running low on funds I've already spent $1100+ on car and parts to fix it. So does anyone have a spare they can let go for a good price?

Also I'm new to roterys, as well kind of ignorant on carbs, I've got a basic understanding of how everything works, but by no means do I know alot about roterys. I know a little more than an average newb on how engine runs. I've done alot of research but this is my first.... yup I'm a virgin.... well not any more . . so if anyone near forest grove (a little past hillsburro) wants to lend me a hand on diagnosing other issues. and there are some issues. but i think the engine is sound. but i've never driven another 7. Well I suppose i've talked enough for one post. I can't afford any labor per say but i can get pizza and beer. I've got some good marketable skills, I'm can weld I use to weld stock car chassies for evans. also use to weld parts for airbus I know my way arround a welder, though its been about a year, but I've got that ****., but i don't have a welder at the moment but soon as i can save up some money and not spend it on my car. I won't be able to afford a top of the line welder of course so I'll problably just get a 110 with a regulater attachment for duel sheld and hard wire. I'f I hit the lottery. I'll get a tig welder, and a proper mig. but I doubt it. I'm poor I cant even afford to play the damb lotto. but if you have access to a welder, and need some good welds i've got ur back. Oh and I'm not welding by choce I want to go back to college and do somthing else every one in welding gets old and bitter. i think its breathing all that **** makes you and ******* before to long. i'm already kind of a dick.....

Dammit I was suppose to end this like 12 lines ago. okay I'm ending it.....
