Clubs & Autocross

I just picked up a pair of '82 RX-7s; one for my daughter and one for me! We would like to know if there are any RX-7 clubs around the Olympia area. If not, are there any sports car clubs in the Olympia area.

We would also like to take a shot at autocrossing. I did a little bit of this years and years ago (South Sound Race & Rally). Know of any events in the Tacoma, Olympia, Shelton areas?

Check out www.bscc.net (Bremerton Sports Car Club). An hour away and a great group of folks. They are having a Novice School on March 2 or 3.
Hope to see you there ~ JEB

Here they are ... we bought the grey one a few months ago from the original owner up near Everett. The red one came from the original owner in Silverdale. We bought it just a few weeks ago.

+1

I did my first ever Autocross at the practice day they had last Sunday. Great group of folks and very helpful to a compete neophyte such as myself. (I really should buy them a bunch of cones however...)

those are some clean fb's!!! if u get a chance you should take her to some emergency driving courses at pir dont know if the tracks up there have this type of school but ive heard only good things from it. theres a lot of tracks in washington, compared to oregon.

how olds your daughter, dont take that the wrong way. its just exciting when girls get into rotaries, i have yet to meet one even though there are several floatin around on the forum espeacially in are area. maybe you can turn her into a rotor head like the rest of us

Does anyone have any specific information on the Solo novice school on April 4th that is listed on the nwr-scca website? I'd be interested in registering, but can't find information on it.
