Took the last 2 years off from my RX7, Life changes etc...

Anyway I am located in Silverdale area, have a 88 Vert and am getting her ready to go back on the road. 13B has 5K on the rebuild. Chasing various issues over the last few weeks. Got her running, AFM resitance readings for the first two are out of spec.

It floods after almost every start believe the injectors are leaking by they are original 160K miles. Can anyone recommend a good shop in the area for injector refurbish. Should have them off this weekend.

Also I have a few parts that I need to replace on the body, stereo bezel, window seals for driver and passenger. Passenger side upper vent cover.

There is a place called Dr.Injector in Tacoma, he charges something like $100 for a pair (2) or something.
Might be cheaper to send them elsewhere.

Theres several doctorinjector locations, i coulda swore it was 100 to lcean all 4 last time i went ther...could be wron Doctor Injector

 

Thanks for the info. Not sure if my diagnosis was correct. Read some more last night and looks like I need to eliminate the TPS before I pull the injectors.

As life has it, I was bored last night so I cut out a new cover for the trunk liner that goes over the jack stowage area. Seems there was something glued to the back side so I am not sure if it was another wood cover tacked onto the carpet itself or some type of felt / noise dampening.
