Car running rich/flooding after instaling new injectors

I was having hot start issues with my '87 na FC so I had Marc(aka:The Spyder) change out my injectors for cleaned ones. Now my car has a flooding problem and it idles at 1,500. My exhaust smelled before but I could stand it, now I can barely last 5 seconds standing behind my car when it is running. I tried to adjust the idle but I can't turn the idle down since the screw is adjusted all the way to the low side.

My only guess is that one of the injectors is dripping fuel instead of spaying it.

if your idle is real high id suspect there is probably a vacume leak perhaps the car was not reassembled correctly?

It idled normally after reassembly and several days after when test drove. I am assuming his TPS is not set correctly and the last owner did mess with the Rich/Lean screw.
