now do you have a fuel cut defencer??? on an FC with stock ecu there is a fuel cut at about 8.6 psi if you dont have something to get rid of this u better do get somthing!!! as hitting fuel cut too often can blow the motor!!!

The RPM is to low for the PCM to be kicking in and cutting out the fuel, I would all most think there is a igntion proble if is a full cut out like some one turnning off the key, when the 929 came out, it had a fuel cut and it was kind of neat to go on test drives with a wide open throttle and feel this boance back and forth, on an off, also seen lots of bad plug wires arking, they get wet under that caseing and stay wet, cabin tracks all over would be found when the caseing was removed

I'll bet $50 it's the boost fuel cut. Get a FCD or a Rtek or something. Fuel cut causes a lean condition. That's why k.logic says it will blow a motor, and it will. I don't think the fuel cut is RPM related.

Hrm, try looking into buying a fcd. If you have a s4, buy the rtek 1.5 unless you have bigger injectors "720's" that will work with the 1.7.
I'm trying to rem. my problems. When my car gerked around, i knew i needed an fcd. After i bought the 1.5 rtek, everything was fine.
damn, crazyt beat me to it
