Yes I'm still alive...
Hey everyone. It's been a long time. I miss the Izzy's meet and I don't want to say I'll be at the next one because I know I missed 3 after saying I was gonna be there. Today is the first time I logged onto the forum in about 6-8 weeks.
After I installed my Exhaust (which sounds awesome) I ran into some cooling issues, turned out to be a bad radaitor cap, but that was after dumping about half a gallon of coolant at Full Splice Billiards in Lakewood.
Needless to say, I got it fixed and everything seemed to go ok, but then my car wouldn't start, and that's where I'm at today. I originally thought I blew my motor, but after wrenching on the car, it looks like I blew some vaccuum lines and had an air pocket in my cooling system. (Should of gotten a boost controller)
Anywho, the FD has been on jack stands since the day before Battle of the Imports and as of today, it still sits. I'm fortunate enough to have a second vehicle, but blown solenoids and vaccuum lines are just a big *** mess. I got the solenoids, and will be replacing my vaccuum hoses and reinforcing their connection to the solenoids during the winter time. I don't expect to do this anytime soon and with the weather conditions I'll be taking my sweet *** time.
I'll see everyone when I see everyone. Just wanted to let ya'll know I'm not dead anywhere.
