can i reschedule a date today?
i have mitigation hearing today. i want to re-schedule. the courthouse won't pick up the phone. is it possible to re-schedule the day of your hearing?
I'm *pretty* sure you've gotta request an extension (or whatever) two weeks early?
You might be able to ask the judge directly, but I'm not sure if he'll grant your request on something small like a ticket.
