Best $3500 I have spent

Ok so car is from a guy who just had his 4th kid, and I have been bugging him a while about this one. Luck had it the wife was due any day when I paid and picked it up.

Street ported Pineapple TII with a old Haltech ECU. Thing was on the dino, and got up 415-420hp with race fuel. This is the 3rd engine because a cheap fuel line pinched starving the first two, and well that's how the story goes. The guy I got it from helped build the car with another guy. About three years ago the guy kind of gave it up/or passed away. But it was basically given to his/our buddy. So I have it now with a shaky past of what kind of is remembered with what all voodoo has been done.

Its engine #3 as I said and it still has a setup tune around 300hp, and should have about 1000 miles on it. He said a little worryjust because it's been about 8 years with not much driving maybe a coolant seal could go, but other than that it should be good.

The car itself is a beat up 85' with no suspension work done, and well I have a Yellow 79' I want to swap everything over to. My only question is can I swap the tail part from the Sa transmission to the TII transmission to keep the Sa shifter location?

I will try to get better photos soon. I had to park it at a friends house and well the shots seem to not upload well.

It's a coin flip right now. It might go in my 83' because fuel tank and shifter locations are different. Between the Fb and Sa.

Well then it goes to the 83 then. Then the old na 13b in the 83 can go down to the 79. Engine swaps are fun to do.
