No, I haven't received mine yet. The e-mail I got back in Dec. said some time in Jan., so we still have a few days. I'm sure a few minor things came up that they have to address, so we shouldn't worry (yet). Anyhow, I'm looking forward to receiving my copy.

What is up with these people. Wouldn't it just be common courtesy to keep the paying customers, yes the ones that are going to fund this project, the ones that without them there wouldn't be a project, informed of the progress. I am sure there would be more subscribers if there was some feedback once in a while. It isn't the delays that is going to irritate people, it's the lack of customer service.

I agree. All they need to do is post on this forum the status and stop keeping all in limbo. A broken promise should be clarified.

This is a joke!! I read some of the posts re: this mag what seems to have been months ago in terms of the lack of customer feedback etc., etc., and decided to wait instead of subscribe. And now I check back and it's more of the same---not surprised though. Hopefully it'll get sorted out--i.e. Become a more customer friendly reliable project!!

Man you guys....you need to give them a break. If you have been reading the other posts about the magazine, you'll see that its been shipped, and the billing issue is being resolved! Now stop your complaining, and grow up. I don't see you doing anything for the rotary community. CJ

I'm so gonna take a day off when I get mine, sit in my busted rx7 and read it from cover to cover. Then I might backorder it again, and keep one on my dash!

I wish I had mine, I am supposed to be in it. That would kinda fulfill one of my silly dreams. Not as much as a full write up in Sport Compact Car or TurboMag but, even a little mention in a new RX mag would be nice to see.

more than likely the magazines were shipped, not as a periodical (magazine rate with USPS) but as a bulk mail permit mailing. Meaning they are the last thing that gets worked at each step along the way of the mail stream. If they are received at the FLA area bulk mail center, they have up to 3 days to get them sent out. Then once they get to the next center (example Atlanta), they have 3 days to get it out to the delivery post offices, then that PO has 3 days to delivery it as well. So from the time they drop it off in Fla on the 1st of Feb, it can make it way to Atlanta by the 4th, sit there 3 days, come to the local PO and sit another 3 days, sundays don't count. Saves money on the shipping costs since it's the cheapest USPS has, but it's the last one to be worked behind 1st, 2nd, periodicals, etc.

My wife is a R.R. carrier. Every day I ask her if she's seen any yet. So far, she has'nt seen anything.

My father in law and I painted her mail Jeep like the old AC Cobras. Kinda a metalic blue, with two white racing stripes down the center. If any of you guys see her in Wilsonville Oregon, give her a honk. (Not to mention, she is a hotty. ) CJ
