Wont start.

I just got done with a 86 13b N/A rebuild. Its in and ready to go. One problem.. it wont start.. It cranks. its getting gas. But no start.. The spark plug wires are good. Plugs are good. Im thinking maybe I have my injectors in wrong, i did notice that two of them have a short tip and two have a long tip. If anyone has any ideas please help me out.

Short tip, long tip? I don't know what you mean, but all 4 injectors should be identical. Fresh rebuilds are notoriously hard to start. The seals need to seat to get compression up to par, so try adding something like MMO in through the spark plug holes. If built properly, after some running time starting will become easier.
