Alright so I go to start my FD and when turning the key all the electronics turn on and work perfectly and i know its not a battery issue. When turning the key all the way to start the car, nothing happens. the car doesn't sound like it is trying to start or anything. simply silent. I'm guessing its a starter issue? What do you think the problem may be. help me out. thanks

 

Check the starter cut relay/switch (clutch pedal, if it's like the 2nd gen).

If that checks out, check for 12V at the big starter connection and 12V at the solenoid connection when the key is set to START.
