1) The green plug looks to be the test connector that sits near the MAP sensor. I don't recognize the blue one, but I'm also used to S4 plugs, which are different.
2) The larger plug looks like it may be for the TPS.
3) I don't recognize any of those.
4) The Y/R wire is for the oil pressure sender, which is right under the oil filter in the picture. One of the other two is for the oil level sender, which is on the oil pan. Check which one will plug in, and confirm wire color in the FSM wiring diagrams. http://foxed.ca/index.php?page=rx7manual#secondgen

I hope you converted everything to S5 wiring then, because S4/S5 wiring can't be mixed and matched. It looks like from the pictures that you at least have the S5 emissions and engine harnesses, but the Front harness also needs to be the same (it runs all the way from behind the dash to the front of the car by the radiator).
Also, that discolored white, 2 wire plug in pic 3 is for the IAT (intake air temp) sensor. It's copper colored and threaded into the compression tube bolted to the TB.

yeah, that's what Ive been fighting until now. the engine, emissions and ecu are all s5 parts I just recently put an s5 plug on the s4 harness, wiring it accordingly of course.

Depending on what harnesses you have swapped, it'll be a hell of lot more than just one plug different. The FEM connectors (front - emissions harness junctions) near the ECU will be the most complicated if you're still using an S4 front harness.
It is highly suggested that turbo swaps stay within series, or convert the engine to be used with S4 electronics/wiring.

I have swapped the engine harness, and ecu to match the s5 motor and to get the body harness to connect i wired a new connector on and matched the wires to the correct pins
