Whats the best website to order Mazda parts online?
Im trying to order 93-95 Mazda RX7 OEM parts from a dealer here in AZ and im having difficulties ordering from the parts department, so would anyone suggest an online website that supports the RX7 forums and known to be active? i heard that most parts stored for the RX7 with Mazda are located in CA,TX,FL and PA

so what would you recommend for me to refer to when it comes to part numbers? its easier to email the Crowe with the part number to inform me if the parts is available or not and its cost.

The install program is on the first CD. Then the rest of them contains the lists of parts and images for each of the JDM models. I used that when looking for parts for my 99-spec wing, but i dont remember what CD it was on. I just import all of them in the setup process, then look through the list until i find the FD3S VIN (the model name view is broken if you dont have a japanese language pack). When you select that, and the correct year, it will ask you to insert a CD. Then just mount the correct image.

What luck have people had finding interior parts for the RX7 FD3S? Are there any better replacement options for some of the aged door plastic trim pieces? Anyone got a website?
Thank you in advance

i believe the interior door plastic trim are still sold by Mazda. I checked this info last week but they are very limited. give that a shot and go to any local dealer close to you who can order from the main Mazda warehouses in the US which are CA, TX, PA, FL

they are running out of stock. for example the interior door panels are discontinued and no longer available. i was at the dealership last week just having fun checking for parts availability and was shocked that even the dash is not available. The worse scenario is to buy those parts second hand and i have seen them on sale once in a while when someone is turning his rx7 into a track car and don’t need those parts....check the classifieds section

If you don't download a parts catalog, ask the dealer for diagrams. The parts guy is likely not familiar with FD's and the pictures are tough to decipher just going by someone's description. It will be much easier for both of you if you are at least referencing the same OEM catalog picture.

Absolutely!! Parts guys normally can't even determine current models parts, let alone for a vehicle that's been out of production for 15ish years. Also, I learned in the Subaru world that even part numbers can be difficult for the run of the mill dealer to figure out. Combinations of a diagram and the correct part no should provide you with the proper part, USDM or JDM.

Bubble tech is the only one I've been referred to so far in regards to the map lid replacements. I spoke with Sakebomb a week or so ago when I was ordering various other parts and the aluminum map lid was never put into production and won't be because another company underbid them which made it no longer cost effective.
I've bought random other parts from rx7.com (arm rest) and have been browsing rx7store.net to pick up a mid pipe.

If you race your Mazda, you have access to the entire parts system from Mazda and can order directly from Mazda at a heavily discounted rate. Cheaper than 99% of the vendors.
You can still get most parts (NEW) from Mazda, I have yet to find a part that I cannot get through Mazda parts program.
