thought I had stock turbo when I took every thing out found this. anyone got any ideas? seems like stock hotside?

 

my guess is someone built a Hitachi into some sort of T04 hybrid. i can't discern the differences between the different T04 compressors/housings to get any more specific than that. however, if you take a few measurements and post them, then maybe someone well-versed with them can tell you which you have.
