Looks like a check valve.

Located in front of the fuel tank on the bulkhead?

I think when Aaron Cake asked for more info he was looking for year and trim level, where the part is located, where those hoses lead, etc.

^Nothing up there is close to real flaming IMO...but makes a point.

From his profile we can guess it's a series 5 TII. I agree on the check-valve...for the charcoal canister?

honestly I posted that just because I love the pic. And I would never even post what I did for a noob question in this section, but when asked to clarify and he just restates... well that's just comedy. I think if I responded that way to his first post I would have been out of line.
