Buy a roller and take it to HinsonSupercars, they will then provide you with a turn-key LS1 powered RX7... Sickness. Btw, definitely get an FD without a sunroof. IMO the sunroof ruins the lines of the beautiful FD curvy roof.

I'm also in the market to purchase another FD. I would take your time and agree that its best to be patient and wait until you find the exact color and options you desire to start off with. I would also highly recommend going with a factory stock example so that you can enjoy how it was meant to be from the factory first. Then modify it with your own unique style to really feel the changes the upgrades make both mechanically and emotionally to get the most out of it.

I would say bone stock, is searched and searched till i found one stock down to the radio. reason being someone who modded there car moddest or not probly drove the hell out of it. Go for stock.
