Hi so I eventually figured out that this indeed is the choke assembly but it seems someone has done some modification to it adding this outlet piece at the bottom of it which had a line attached, I'm assuming as a drain maybe??
Any idea what this could of been done for and can I just delete it all together seeing as it's leaking now when any throttle is applied.
