Carb linkages

Hello, I rebuild my carb and my car doesn’t want to idle it just jumps up to 4k rpm’s with the choke on and when it’s off the rpm’s drop and under 2k it does, or sometimes it doesn’t even start. I want to know if I hooked up all the linkages right. Does this look right.

not sure how much time ur allowing for replies but this isn't one of those forums that have mechanics one them 24/7 to answer questions. it may take some time to get the answer needed to solve ur issue. none of us live on this forum. without actually being there and seeing what's going on, it's hard to really diagnose remotely. maybe check in the regional section, might find someone local that is willing to drop by and lend a hand.
