So sometimes when I accelerate, the power seems to waver a little bit, like it'll pull then drop off and pull then drop off. It's very subtle but definitely noticeable, and usually happens somewhere between 2.5k to 4.5k rpms. After, 4.5k it'll pull smoothly all the way to the redline. Is this just how rotaries feel? I don't have any other experience with rotaries to compare it too.

This might also be related... if I'm in gear but not on the gas and just cruising down a hill, I'll feel engine braking, but then it'll "let loose" for a few seconds and it'll feel like I'm in neutral, then I'll feel the engine braking come back again, etc. Is this also normal?
