need help with bying a sender/guage for water temp for my 12a in a porsche, need an electrical one. ive seen the ones that splice in to the water hose, butt not sure the name of the company that sell them, tried an automete guage but the fitting dint match sae/metric. whats the right way on this form when doing a swap/ thanks in advance

 

Don't splice into the water hose. Just get any aftermarket gauge of your choice and tap the front of the water pump neck.

 

the sunpro guage i'm using came with the necessary adapters needed, although mine is mechanical, using an already threaded hole in the back of the w/p housing.
