Very Rollcage
Very Rollcage
I'm currently looking at a 1990 Vert that allegedly has never seen snow. I'd still want to fit it with a cage as I'd want to track the car in the future. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Convertible Rollcage
I'm having marginal success working with the keyboard on my new phone.
I'll give it one last shot and if I screw it up again I'll quite.
I'm purchasing a 1990 Convertible and I'd like to fit it with a 6 point cage.
I live in Ontario Canada and all our vehicles rust from the winter snows and salt.
Not only would a 6 point stiffen the chassis in the twisting it experiences in road use it would keep the car from starting to fold IF I can't stop any rusting that may occur.
I can only get the history of this car going back 13 years so I do not know if it has seen use on our winter roads prior to that.
The car looks good but I'd sooner be on the safe side.
I'd want a cage that will allow the top to function if at all possible....separating the front section before lowering the back half seems achievable.
I see on what I believe is a British site a red car fitted with a pink cage that to me looks good.
I suspect that a custom cage will be required but if I can find someone who has already invented a better Mouse Trap I'd prefer to go that route.
In closing I apologize for any confusion created from my earlier entries and in the future do my best to properly edit my posts before I hit enter.
