WI Unsure what to do

Alright the deal is I have a Mazda Rx-7, 1990 13b. rotary and the issues are there is a coolant smell in my exhaust which I believe may be the coolant seals but the amount of smoke coming out is a ton (Is the water pump an issue at all to coolant smell in exhaust?). Also there is a oil drip out the bottom possibly related to a bad gasket to the oil pan, and a slight screeching noise coming from around the front of the car (could just be the belts not sure?). there is no resonator which I am unsure if that effects the car in any way? The main converter is screwed, and the car has 160,250 miles on the engine. One more question I have is about the spark plugs, my L igniter pack is in the front and T in the back right now; do the l's go with the l spark plugs and the t with the t spark plugs or is it one on top and twos on bottom, My igniter packs have two coils which are numbered one and two please specify as to what is to what thanks. Should I a. replace all the gaskets and do a full tune up inclusive of the works I already bought a new exhaust system, b. Buy a new engine for the car and if so where do I find a good deal on such a venture and how big of an engine can I put in there inclusive of turbos and such, or c. Screw the car scrap it and try and get some other project going????

I think the first thing you should do is to verify the engine is burning coolant.

If it is burning coolant, then you need to rebuild or replace the engine. You can then decide what to do.

First, are you loosing coolant with no obvious sign of an external leak?

Does the exhaust steam smell sweet?

If the answer to those two is "yes", that is not a good sign.

With the car dead cold, remove the coolant filler cap and start the car. Do you see a steady stream of bubbles coming from inside the engine? Now rev the engine. Do the bubbles increase or does coolant gush out? If yes, you probably have a coolant o-ring failure.

bad water pump will not allow coolant into the combustion chamber. it's the coolant seals that's allowing it to get in there and causing the white smoke(steam). and the L's ant T's go together with each other. they stand for Leading and Trailing. trailing is on top, leading is on bottom.
