AZ unknown vacum nipple

while replacing all my vacum lines, gakets, injector grommets, ect. i notced 2 vacum nipples that hae been blocked off since i got it (4 months ago)

one pic i have no cover on it while changing this stuff.
i see nowhere they could connect but together and that wouldnt make any sense.
only thing i can think of is that they are for the auto tranny, and mine is a5speed and ha always been. could this be the eson my idle stays above 1400? can anyone identify these and where they should go?

Those are capped on the S5 NAs I've seen. I do think the second one is used on autos, and the first one just seems to be extra. They're both vacuum sources if you ever need one. High idle could be due to the thermowax cam not disengaging.
