Without vehicle/engine info, it's hard to help. This is a very heavily covered topic, but I'm feeling generous.

90% of parts of ebay are Chinese knock-offs. Chinese turbos are generally regarded as crap. There are also no all-inclusive turbo kits for any RX-7. These "kits" are typically a Chinese turbo, some generic intercooler pipes, generic intercooler, and sometimes a rotary exhaust manifold. To turbo a normally aspirated engine you need much more. Fuel and fuel/timing control are #1. In general, NA engines are high compression, which means you need to run much less ignition timing to prevent destroying them.

What engine?
What are you power goals?
What is your budget?
