Turbo II block running NA, wanting to go full Turbo II
I have a Turbo II block running N\A right now and it seems to do just fine. It produces quite a bit of power also. I am wanting to turn it into a true turbo II though with the stock set up. Does anyone know if you can just bolt the stock turbo II set up onto the block or is there any fabrication/modification that I will have to do?
Currently the Block is street ported as well

If the car is a TII that has been NA'ed, then yes, all you need to do is bolt on the stock turbo stuff and you will be good to go.
If the car is an NA with a TII block, then you will need to address engine management by either using the stock TII EFI system or a standalone.

Ok cool, it is a na engine built on a turbo II block so it is running the the na ecu. The ecu was mapped though. Will that effect it? Will I just have to put in a new TII ecu

Wait, I'm very confused.
Do you have any more information about the engine? For example, were high compression rotors installed in the 4 port block?
The ECUs are not easily remapped, so unless there is some obvious evidence of this, don't assume it is true.
If you want to turbocharge the car, then you'll want the TII electronics or a standalone.

Ok that's kind of what I was figuring was to get the turbo II electronics. Ya unfortiantlyni don't have as much info on the car that I would like. The guy I that built the engine I can't get ahold of anymore. I actually bought the car about 2 years ago. I just haven't really done much with it until now.
