turbo help
Lookin for a place to get a bolt on upgrade turbo gt28 or gt30. Where can I get one to fit the t25 flange on the stock exhaust manifold. Where can I find one with this and a factory 3 bolt downpipe. I cannot find one that will bolt up. Any help will be appreciated

Both those turbos are too small.
You can get by with the GT30 in T3 form, but that would be pointless as it would top out at about 300HP which is EASILY achievable via a direct bolt-on hybrid stock turbo.
Nothing T25 is big enough for a 13B. And only certain T3 based turbos are, but most will ultimately end up being restrictive in the top end (every T3 based turbo I've tuned on a 13B has started to drop off around 6000 RPM).
